It’s my most popular partial wedding planning service — designed specifically for marquee, tipi and festival-style weddings. You’ll get clear, upfront advice to get you started, flexible support throughout your planning journey, and a calm, friendly team on the day to make sure everything runs exactly as it should.
You stay in control. I’m here to guide, support and quietly solve problems behind the scenes — so your wedding day feels relaxed, joyful and completely stress-free.
You’re in control. Dip in and out of support as and when you need it — from contract reviews and supplier recommendations to price comparisons, budgeting advice and RSVP planning. Regular check ins or ad hoc catch ups. I'm here to help where it counts most for your wedding.
From your very first planning meeting right through to the final countdown, you’ll have calm, professional advice on tap. No question is too small, and nothing is ever a bother.
On your wedding day, I'll be there from set-up to kicking off your evening celebrations, quietly behind the scenes making sure everything runs just as it should — so you can relax, soak it all in, and enjoy every moment.
Our Great Outdoor Wedding Planning Package combines flexible partial wedding planning with our multi-award-winning On the Day Management service — all tailored specifically for outdoor weddings.
A relaxed 2–3 hour kick-off meeting to talk through all your outdoor wedding plans. Pick my brains, sense-check ideas, and learn how to plan like a pro — with practical advice shaped by years of marquee and tipi wedding experience.
You’ll have 20 hours of planning support included as standard, to use whenever you need it. Most couples use this time for regular catch ups, site visits, supplier recommendations, Price and quote comparisons and practical advice for outdoor logistics.
In the week before your wedding, I’ll attend your marquee or tipi handover meeting to make sure everything is understood, signed off, and ready for the big day — no crossed wires, no last-minute surprises.
Up to 10 hours of on-the-day support, from setting up through to the celebrations in full swing. I’ll manage suppliers, timings, and all the little details you don’t want to be thinking about.
