Lets sum up our ‘full wedding planning service in a one sentence – I become your right hand man! At your side throughout, I’ll take care of every aspect of planning for your wedding day. If you are tight on time, or simply want someone to take the load off your shoulders, this is the right wedding planning package for you. We’re also specialists in marquee and tipi weddings.
What does our full wedding planning package include…
These catch ups happen from your initial consultation right up to your wedding day. One consultation will be at least 2 weeks before your wedding day to make sure the final arrangements are perfect.
I'll keep you up to date on progress throughout and deal with all the administration including paperwork and contracts. I will check all the small print on contracts and invoices so you don't have to. Our support can be via email, phone or Skype – just let us know what you prefer. I can also attend supplier meetings either with you or on your behalf.
You'll receive a step by step plan so you can track progress and be reassured that every aspect is being covered.
I'll will remind you when key payments are due or can make them for you through our dedicated client deposit account.
Tell me your requirements and I'll come back with a selection of 2-3 wedding venues in your search area. Afterwards I can arrange viewing times (which can be accompanied) and, once you've decided, help with finalisation of contracts.
We have a established supplier network of reliable and high quality wedding supplers. I will recommend suppliers for any aspect of your wedding and will negotiate the best prices on your behalf. Remember that all supplier discounts come straight back to you and I don’t accept commission.
I'll create with you the design and theme of your wedding including colour schemes. I often use mood boards to help us work through your ideas to create a final design.
Initially I can send you our RSVP management spreadsheet to help you pull your guest list together. I can send invites on your behalf and track responses. I will also liaise with your suppliers on any special requirements, for example, dietary. This includes accommodation options, if applicable.
I'll confirm all suppliers in advance of the wedding day and coordinate all arrangements on the day.
You'll receive a detailed wedding day schedule to make sure everything goes to plan. This will also be shared with key suppliers.
I'm usually on site for up to 10 hours including set up and delivery of your wedding design. Additional hours can be built into your package.
Priced between 10% and 15% of wedding budget. Minimum fee £4,000.
