Our ‘On the Day’ wedding management, or coordination, package is perfect for those who want a professional wedding planner to manage their wedding day. I will make sure that everything goes to plan and coordinate all your wedding suppliers. It is ideal for dry hire venues or private land where you need an extra pair of hands including marquee weddings, tipi weddings, village halls, or DIY weddings.
It is more than just ‘On the Day’ as well. We come onboard about 6-8 weeks before your wedding day and will review your wedding plans to make sure everything will run smoothly.
If you are having an Outdoor Wedding our On the Day Management package includes extra touch points based on our experience of delivering over seven years of marquee weddings. So, whether you are having a tipi wedding in a farmer’s field, or a marquee wedding in your parent’s back garden, each location will present different challenges whether its venue layout, power, or something else. We are here to support you with that.
Our On the Day Management package is paired with a ‘Wedding Planning’ meeting so you get help and advice from a professional wedding planner upfront. Or you can upgrade to our Great Outdoors Wedding Package or opt for full wedding planning instead.
I'll come on board 4-6 weeks before your wedding day. We’ll sit down together so you can pass over all remaining planning aspects and I'll tackle any loose ends for you. This includes any last-minute suppliers you want to add. The week of your wedding when things start to ramp up, we'll catch up together with your tipi or marquee provider for the handover of your newly created wedding venue. We'll also have a separate meeting to run through the final arrangements for your wedding day. Your bridal party will get support throughout by phone, email or Skype.
I'll create a detailed wedding day timetable to make sure your wedding day runs to plan.
Check! Check! And double check! I’ll get confirmation of all the supplier arrangements you’ve made in advance of your wedding day to make sure that everything goes to plan on the day itself.
From the first supplier who arrives onto site, to dealing with any specific set up requests and managing suppliers throughout your wedding day, you can expect me to be on site for up to 10 hours to provide support.
I'll usually see you in the days before to finalise any last minute details and assist with set up of your wedding day. If you need an extra pair of hands we're here to help!

If you are having an outdoor wedding, we include the following additional items.
From our first meeting, I'm happy to look over your site layouts, marquee plans and infrastructure planning. This will make sure we've ironed out any potential problems early so your day runs smoothly. I always give my clients access to my standard wedding planning templates from the moment you sign me up on your team.
We will come along to your marquee handover meeting to make sure everything is set up as expected and to understand any equipment for your wedding day.
We'll be on hand to help you with the set up of your outdoor wedding venue. We can even bring along extra people to help either on the day before or the day itself.
