Tipi Wedding

The summer wedding day of H&N was absolutely stunning. Held in the grounds of the family home this two day wedding weekend it was a pleasure to help them plan their wedding day.
The day started with an outdoor wedding ceremony led by the couple’s friend dressed as Elvis! The ceremony was held in front of a football goal surrounded with flowers and the aisle was lined with seasonal meadow flowers set up Swallows and Damsons.

Outdoor wedding weekend

After the ceremony, guests were treated to a champagne drink’s reception and canapes from Michelin star caterer Pony Chew Valley. There was also Oysters available. Afterwards they headed into a five giant hat tipi set up by Sami Tipi for the wedding breakfast, bar, and dancing. The marquee was furnished with furniture from Wedhead and crockery & glassware from Duchess & Butler.
The party continued into the early hours with both a band and DJ. After which guests could retire to their bell tent in a fifty strong bell tent village! The day after there was a morning brunch followed by an informal BBQ.

We provided our Great Outdoors Wedding Planing Package with some additional help to cover set up and on the day with a team of three of us in attendance. It was a seven day set up period to create this garden wedding weekend and listed is just part of what we set up
