We have some gorgeous real wedding inspiration for you today! Alex & Sophie’s fun farm wedding was a stunner.

We came on board with our ‘On The Day Wedding Planning’ package, tailored to outdoor weddings. The couple also had a ‘Wedding Review Meeting’, as they wanted to do most of the planning themselves but needed a little help along the way.

Their marquee wedding was full of fun and personality with garden games, pizza, and home made wedding cake! Check it out below.

This lovely couple held their reception at Sophie’s parents’ farm near Grantham, Lincolnshire. This marquee wedding was styled with a vibrant colour scheme of pinks and oranges. The relaxed seating, DIY signage, and ‘help yourself’ style food created a chilled-out, festival feel. The bride’s mum is an aspiring flower farmer (Flowers By The Gate) and grew all the flowers for their wedding day. Even the flower crowns were made by her!

Fun fact: Sophie baked her own wedding cake and it was actually decorated by me (Linzi) on the morning of the wedding!

The food was BRILLIANT at this wedding. Cheese platters, rustic pizza and alcoholic ice cream!

Alex and Sophie made the most of their countryside wedding venue with beautiful wedding photos, featuring tractors, hay bales and the green house. They also used the farm grounds for DIY garden games like Jenga and Welly Wangling!

I can’t forget to give a special mention to Moss, who brilliantly fulfilled his duties as ‘Best Dog’!

This fun farm wedding brought a smile to the face of every single guest. It really was an honour to be involved in this special day!
