Our ‘Run Up To Your Wedding Day Package’ (or partial wedding planning package) is ideal for those who need a little more support in the run up to their wedding day.
Starting at the point which suits you best, we will come on board and take control of the arrangements you need help with (call us your ‘right hand’ man!). We’ll take the pressure off your shoulders and support you with any last minute questions. We’ll make sure that everyone knows where they need to be & at what time – ensuring your day is planned to perfection.
This package also includes ‘On the day management‘ so you can relax on your wedding day knowing the all the last minute details have been taken care of. All our packages can be personalised to match your requirements so just let us know if you need anything changing.
This package usually includes
Your first consultation will be up to 12 weeks prior to your wedding date to get fully up to date with all your arrangements. There will be a further consultation 2 weeks before your wedding day to make sure the final arrangements are perfect. This can incorporate a final visit to your venue to ensure that we have considered every aspect.
This is usually for up to 2 suppliers and subject to the type of supplier required. This is perfect for those last minute additions to your day or if someone has unfortunately let you down.
We’ll support you with all those last minute questions and arrangements. This can be via email, phone or Skype – just let us know!
I’ll confirm all suppliers, and timings, in advance of the wedding day and ensure everyone is on the same page for the day itself.
We’ll prepare you a detailed wedding day schedule as well as confirming all suppliers in advance of the wedding day. We’ll take care of all co-ordination from the moment we get started and will review all arrangements to ensure that everything has been covered.
We’re usually on site for up to 10 hours including set up (including the days prior to the wedding) and delivery of any specific arrangements. Additional hours can be built into your package.
