A different kind of wedding planning event.
Less sitting and listening.

This isn’t a wedding fair.
No exhibition stands. No hard sell.
Just beautiful inspiration, brilliant people and genuinely useful wedding planning advice. All wrapped up in a relaxed evening designed to leave you feeling more confident and more excited about your wedding.
For our very first A Conversation With…, I’ll be talking about:
I’ve spent more than ten years behind the scenes at weddings, helping couples navigate wedding planning and I’ll be sharing the things I genuinely think couples need to know. From priorities and budgets to guest experience, traditions, common planning mistakes and those little things nobody thinks about until suddenly they matter.
Real weddings. Real stories. Honest advice.
And unlike a podcast, you can interrupt and ask a question.
Your evening starts with a custom Nuroosa cocktail and canapés, plus time to explore The Style Edit. Bridalwear, groomswear, floral and styling inspiration, but perhaps not quite as you’d expect.
Rather than simply showing you what your wedding could look like, we’ll be creating ideas and displays designed to make you stop, think and question some of the choices we automatically make when planning a wedding. What matters to you? What could you do differently? What do you actually love – rather than choosing something because weddings have always been done that way?
Expect beautiful inspiration, a few unexpected ideas and plenty to get you talking.
I’ll be joined by a brilliant group of talented wedding professionals, including Alice Rose Bridal, The Suit Lounge, Limewood Flowers (pictured), Field & Larder Catering and Gina Fernandes Photography.
Then, after my main conversation, they’ll join me for Ask Us Anything – your chance to put the questions that actually matter to your wedding to people who spend their lives working behind the scenes at them.

I’m really excited to be holding our first event at Nuroosa – The Gathering Place. A new, forward-thinking and sustainable wedding venue in South Derbyshire.
Nuroosa is design-led, rooted in nature and doing things differently, which makes it feel like the perfect home for an event that’s trying to do exactly the same.
Based in Weston-on-Trent, Derbyshire, Nuroosa is within easy reach of Derby, Nottingham and Leicester, making it a great location for couples from across the East Midlands.
