I take care of the planning from start to finish, acting as your main point of contact, organiser and problem-solver throughout. From venues and suppliers to contracts, budgets and logistics, everything is handled clearly and calmly, with a structured plan behind it.
As an experienced UK wedding planner specialising in outdoor, marquee and tipi weddings, I know exactly what needs thinking through — and when. If you’re short on time, planning around busy lives, or simply want the reassurance that nothing is being missed, this is the most comprehensive level of support I offer.
You stay informed, involved as much (or as little) as you like, and free to actually enjoy the process — knowing the details are in safe hands.

Regular one to one planning meetings
We’ll have regular catch-ups from your initial consultation right through to your wedding day. These meetings keep everything moving forward and make sure you always feel informed and supported. In our final meetings, we'll carefully check every last detail and make sure everything is exactly as it should be.
Ongoing Support Throughout Your Wedding Planning
I’ll manage the day-to-day admin of planning your wedding, keeping you updated on progress and taking care of paperwork, contracts and invoices. I’ll read all the small print so you don’t have to, attend supplier meetings with you (or on your behalf), and be available by email, phone or video call — whatever works best for you.
Personalised Step-by-Step Wedding Plan
You’ll receive a clear, tailored wedding planning plan that maps out every stage of your wedding. It’s designed to keep everything organised and give you confidence that nothing is being missed.
Wedding Budget Preparation & Management
I’ll help you create and manage your wedding budget and remind you when payments are due. No chasing, no second-guessing, no surprises.
Venue Selection
Once I understand what you’re looking for, I’ll shortlist 2–3 suitable wedding venues within your chosen area. I can arrange viewings, attend with you if you’d like, and guide you through the final decision and contract process. This is especially helpful for outdoor, marquee and tipi weddings, where venue suitability really matters.
Supplier Selection & Management
I work with a trusted network of reliable, high-quality wedding suppliers across the UK. I’ll recommend the right people for your wedding, negotiate the best prices on your behalf, and manage all communication. Any supplier discounts always come straight back to you — I don’t accept commission.
Creating Your Wedding Design
Together, we’ll shape the look and feel of your wedding — from colour palettes to overall style and atmosphere. I often use mood boards to explore ideas and bring everything together into a cohesive design that feels like you.
Stationery And RSVP Management
I can help you organise your guest list, manage RSVPs, send invitations on your behalf, and keep track of responses. I’ll also liaise with suppliers about dietary requirements, accommodation details and any guest-specific needs — so nothing slips through the cracks.
Confirmation Of Supplier Arrangements
Ahead of your wedding, I’ll confirm all supplier arrangements and make sure everyone knows exactly what’s happening, when and where.
Wedding Day Schedule
You’ll receive a detailed wedding day schedule, shared with all key suppliers, so everyone is working from the same calm, clear plan..
Set Up & On The Day Management
I'll be there for the set up and take down. On your wedding day, I’m usually on site for up to 10 hours, overseeing set-up, styling, supplier arrivals and the smooth running of the day. Additional hours, and team members, can be added if needed — flexibility is always built in.
My full wedding planning service is priced between 10% and 15% of your overall wedding budget, with a minimum fee of £4,500.
